In late 2022 we commissioned a new 3D WAFIOS CNC automatic machine — a next-generation system for manufacturing shaped springs and spatial metal components. This investment significantly expands our custom manufacturing capabilities.
The machine forms wire in three axes simultaneously, enabling the production of complex spatial geometries that cannot be achieved on standard winding machines. Production is carried out with repeatable precision thanks to CNC control and automatic measurement.
WAFIOS technology is suitable for manufacturing shaped springs, hooks, clips and other wire components to drawing or 3D model. We support documentation in ČSN EN formats and customer-specific specifications.
