How custom manufacturing works

Send your drawing or sample

An e-mail with a drawing (PDF, DXF, STEP), a photo of a sample or basic dimensions is enough. If you are unsure of the specification, we will advise.

Technical consultation & quotation

We will contact you within 24 hours with a quote — price, lead time, recommended material. The consultation is free and without obligation.

Production & quality control

Springs are manufactured on modern CNC coiling machines. Every order undergoes dimensional and functional inspection to ČSN EN standards.

Delivery

We ship throughout the Czech Republic and abroad (SK, AT, DE, PL). Standard lead time: 3–7 working days. Express production available on request.

We manufacture from a single piece. There is no minimum order — we produce prototypes, repairs and repeat series alike.

All we need is a drawing (PDF or DXF), a photo of a sample, or basic dimensions — outer diameter, wire diameter, length, number of coils. If you are unsure of the specification, contact us — we provide free technical advice.

A prototype is typically delivered within 3–5 working days from order confirmation. Express lead times can be arranged on request.

Yes. Send us the physical sample or detailed photographs with dimensions and we will dimension and manufacture the spring to match the original.

Standard options are spring steel (EN 10270-1, EN 10270-3) and stainless steel (1.4310, 1.4568). For special applications — corrosion, high temperature, electrical conductivity — we offer bronze, brass or Inconel. We will recommend the right material for your operating conditions.

Yes, we regularly deliver to Slovakia, Austria, Germany and Poland. International shipping is part of our standard offer.
