Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we manufacture from a single piece. We carry out prototypes, small-series production and long-term contracts for automotive, engineering and other industries. There is no minimum order quantity.

We regularly work with spring steel (ČSN 12 090, EN 10270-1 SH/SM/DH, EN 10270-3, 14 260, 17 240) and stainless steel (1.4310, 1.4568, 1.4301, 1.4404). For conductive applications we offer bronze CuSn6 and brass CuZn37. Special materials — Inconel 718 and Hastelloy — are available for larger order quantities. We select the material based on operating conditions: temperature, corrosion, dynamic loading.

For standard springs from available wire stock: 2–6 weeks from order confirmation. Express production within 5 working days is possible at an additional cost, subject to prior agreement.

Yes, we operate a certified quality management system to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016. Material certificates, declarations of conformity and force-measurement certificates are available on request for an additional charge.

The ideal input is a production drawing (.pdf or .dwg) with dimensions, material and tolerances. If you do not have a drawing, a physical sample or a functional specification (required force, stroke, envelope dimensions) is sufficient — we will design and calculate the spring for you. We typically deliver a quotation within 1 working day of receiving your documentation.
