Our company cares about the protection of personal data that you pass on to us. It is important for you to know that we process the personal data you provide us responsibly, transparently and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council. This is contact information about customers and suppliers – ensuring the preparation and fulfillment of contracts or orders and subsequent invoicing. We also work with the contact information of the persons we need in the legitimate interest for the organizational provision of supplies.

Kunvaldská a.s. takes care of the security of the personal data you pass on to us. We have taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to adequately protect your data, taking into account the seriousness of their processing. No unauthorized person has access to your personal data that we have obtained from you, and we do not transfer it to other entities for further processing without your consent, unless required by law or in the case of protecting our legal interests.

The company Kunvaldská a.s., ID 259 24 184, with registered office at Kunvald 84, 561 81 (hereinafter referred to as the “administrator”) hereby complies with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) ) and with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, as amended from 25 May 2018 (hereinafter “regulation”), informs the shareholders, as data subjects, that the personal data of the shareholders in the scope of first name, surname, place of residence and date of birth will be processed by the administrator for the purposes of exercising the rights and obligations arising from the relationship between the shareholder and the administrator, as well as for the purposes of fulfilling obligations resulting from legal regulations and, to the extent necessary, also for the purposes of the legitimate interests of the administrator. The legal basis for the processing of shareholders’ personal data is therefore the fulfillment of legal obligations that apply to the controller and also the fact that the processing is necessary for the purposes of the controller’s legitimate interests. The personal data of the shareholders will be processed for the duration of the legal relationship between the shareholder and the administrator, or for the period during which the administrator is required by the relevant legal regulations to continue processing this data. Recipients of personal data may be state and other authorities within the framework of the fulfillment of the administrator’s legal obligations established by the relevant legal regulations, or within the realization of the legitimate interests of the administrator or company shareholders in the fulfillment of the administrator’s obligations according to the relevant provisions of Act. No. 90/2012 Coll., on business corporations. Shareholders are entitled to request access to their personal data from the administrator and request their correction if the personal data is inaccurate or additions if the personal data is incomplete. Shareholders are entitled to demand the erasure and, where appropriate, the restriction of processing of personal data only for reasons established by law or regulation. Shareholders have the right to data portability, are entitled to object to processing and have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
