Who processes your data

The data controller is Kunvaldská a.s., registered office at Čs. armády 1069, 564 01 Žamberk, Czech Republic, Company No. 60109886, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové (hereinafter "the Controller"). 1. What data we process

We only process personal data that you provide to us directly via the enquiry form or direct contact: full name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of your message (enquiry).

2. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process your personal data for the purpose of handling your enquiry and potential conclusion of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you consent to receiving commercial communications, we process your e-mail address on the basis of consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

3. Recipients of personal data

We do not share your data with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Data may be shared with IT service providers (web hosting, e-mail services) who act as processors under data processing agreements and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

4. Analytics — Microsoft Clarity

This website uses Microsoft Clarity (operated by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA). Clarity records anonymised data about visitor behaviour (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling) to improve user experience. Data may be transferred to servers in the USA on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Clarity does not store personal identifiers. Further information: microsoft.com/en-us/clarity/privacy.

5. Retention period

Personal data are retained for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry, and for a maximum of 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • erasure of personal data (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or destruction, including encryption of data in transit (HTTPS).
