We have acquired a new CNC system for automatic end-face grinding of compression springs. This operation is critical for achieving precise spring length and ensures parallelism of both end faces — a key parameter for correct spring function in assembly.
End-face grinding is performed on a CNC-controlled grinder with automatic feed, capable of processing large batches with minimal variation. Length and face flatness deviations are reduced to a minimum in accordance with the relevant ČSN EN standards.
This investment follows our ongoing quality improvement strategy in line with ISO 9001 requirements. Customers requiring increased length precision or force certificates for compression springs can now specify end-face grinding as part of their order.
