We are entering the new production year at full capacity and ready to take on new orders. Our production facilities in Žamberk are equipped with modern CNC automatic winding machines and conventional winding equipment, covering a wide range of wire diameters from 0.16 to 20 mm.
We manufacture compression, extension, torsion and shaped springs in small series from a single piece through to full series production. Each order is handled individually — we work from drawings (ČSN EN standards), specified dimensions or physical samples.
Our latest-generation 3D WAFIOS CNC automatic machine enables us to produce complex shaped components with repeatable precision that was previously impossible using conventional methods. This technology is available for all new orders.
