Clips & Rings — custom manufacture

We manufacture retaining clips (E-clips, snap clips, spring clips), spring clips, retaining rings (circlips, wedge rings), shaped rings and wire O-rings — in standard and non-standard configurations to drawing, sample or functional specification. Wire diameters from 0.25 mm to 12 mm.

We regularly work with spring steel (EN 10270-1 SH/SM/DH, EN 10270-3, 14 260, 17 240) and stainless steel (1.4310, 1.4568). For conductive applications we offer bronze CuSn6 and brass CuZn37. Special materials — Inconel 718 and Hastelloy — are available for larger order quantities.

Yes — non-standard shapes are our speciality. On the 3D CNC WAFIOS bending machine we produce shaped rings and clips with complex geometries that cannot be made on conventional benders. A drawing or physical sample is sufficient — we design and manufacture from a single piece.

We manufacture from a single piece through to series production of tens of thousands of pieces per month. Repeat-delivery series orders achieve the best unit economics. We will recommend the optimal production approach for each order based on quantity and geometry.

Standard configurations are delivered within 2–4 weeks. For a quotation we need a drawing (.pdf, .dwg, .step) with dimensions, material, tolerances and required surface treatment, or a physical sample. We typically deliver a quotation within 1 working day of receiving your documentation.
