Custom Wire Forms — 3D CNC WAFIOS

Custom wire forms are bent wire components manufactured to drawing — from simple clips to complex three-dimensional shapes. They serve as spring elements, brackets, spacers, clips or guides.

Wire from 0.3 mm to 14 mm. For heavier wire above 14 mm we have specialist machines available on request.

We produce shapes with 2 to 20 bends — both flat and fully three-dimensional. Our CNC WAFIOS bending machine delivers complex geometries with high accuracy and repeatability.

Yes — in 1.4310 (AISI 302), 1.4568 and acid-resistant 1.4404 (AISI 316L) for food-industry and chemical applications.

Yes. We offer spot welding, MIG/TIG welding of wire components and assembly into sub-assemblies (e.g. wire form + plastic component).
