Tension Springs — custom manufacture

We supply half-loop, full-loop, English (machine) hook, German hook, twisted loop, threaded insert (M3–M12) or a custom hook to drawing. Hook geometry is selected to suit the attachment method.

Wire from 0.3 mm to 16 mm, outer diameter from 3 mm to 200 mm, free length from 10 mm to 800 mm. For larger sizes please contact us.

We manufacture tension springs with initial tension to customer specification — from zero (loosely wound) to high initial tension for applications requiring a defined starting force. Please specify the value in your drawing.

For outdoor environments we recommend 1.4310 (AISI 302) or 1.4568 stainless steel, or spring steel with zinc surface treatment. For highly aggressive conditions (chemicals, salt spray) we use stainless or Inconel.

Yes. We issue an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate or a declaration of conformity (2.1) for every delivery, depending on customer requirements.
