Compression Springs — custom manufacture

We manufacture compression springs from wire diameters of 0.16 mm to 20 mm, with outer coil diameters from 1.5 mm to 250 mm. For extreme dimensions outside this range, please contact us directly.

We manufacture from a single piece (prototype). For series production we recommend 50 pieces or more — tooling setup costs are spread across more units and the per-piece price decreases accordingly.

Yes. We offer zinc plating (white, yellow, black), blackening, phosphating, powder coating and passivation for stainless grades. Plating is carried out by vetted partners with full traceability to the material certificate.

We manufacture to EN 15800 (compression spring tolerances) in precision grades 1 to 3. Standard load-at-position tolerance is ±10 %; ±5 % or tighter by agreement for precision springs.

Yes. Send us the operating conditions — required force at end positions, stroke, available envelope, material, environment — and we will design the spring including stress and fatigue calculations.
