Yes, we manufacture from a single piece. We carry out prototypes, small-series production and long-term contracts for automotive, engineering and machinery maintenance. The per-piece price decreases significantly from around 100 pieces upwards. For large series we will prepare a volume-discount offer.

We manufacture cotter pins to DIN 11024 and non-standard cotter pins and dowels to your drawing, sample or functional specification. Both standard dimensions and non-standard geometries or special materials — always precisely to your requirements.

We regularly work with carbon steel grade 11, spring steel grade 12, heat-treatable steel 14 260 and stainless steel 1.4301 and 1.4310. For demanding environments (chemical, food-industry) we use 1.4404. We select the material based on operating conditions — corrosion, temperature and dynamic loading.

Standard dimensions held in stock can be dispatched immediately. For non-standard sizes with surface treatment (zinc plating, phosphating, blackening) the lead time is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation.

The ideal input is a production drawing (.pdf or .dwg) with dimensions, material, tolerances and required surface treatment. If you do not have a drawing, a physical sample or a functional description is sufficient — we will measure and design the part. We typically deliver a quotation within 1 working day of receiving your documentation.
